Create Your Vision
I’ve started the new year by creating may annual vision board. It inspires me to reach for the stars and focus on what’s most important to me. I’ve filled it with images that inspire me to be my best, achieve my heart goals, and live life blissfully. I keep it close to me. It’s so full of uplifting images and quotes that I can’t help but feel good just by looking at it. As I daze at it, it feels like I’m doing a quick manifestation visualisation.
Research shows that our brain waves change depending on what we are thinking. Positive thoughts increase the feel good chemical serotonin, and stressful thoughts deplete it. In past years my vision boards have been really focused on my goals. This year my board focuses on how I want to feel, as well as some goals I want to focus on. This kind of brings the board to life. As I look at the richness of vibrant colour I feel instantly uplifted. This positivity gives power to my goals. I’m focused, clear, and happy. It’s a great way to feel. So today I find my bliss by basking in the happiness expressed in my vision board. 2016 is going to be the best year yet. Wishing you a 2016 that is also your best year yet. May it exceed all your expectations, and may you be blissfully happy. Thank you for taking the time to read my blog. Have a wonderful day xo
